The Notch Content Library is a centralized storage system where your team can upload and access various types of files. Whether you need to store images, videos, PDFs, DOCX files, or other common file types, the Content Library makes it easy to organize and share these resources with your entire team.
You can upload a wide range of file types to the Content Library, including:
Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.
Videos: MP4, AVI, MOV, etc.
Documents: PDFs, DOCX, PPTX, etc.
Other: Most common file types are supported.
Uploading files to the Content Library is simple and can be done in a few steps:
Navigate to the Content Library: In the Notch platform, go to the Content Library section from the main menu.
Upload Files: Click on the "Upload" button and select the files you wish to add from your device. You can upload multiple files at once.
Organize Content: Once uploaded, you can organize your files into folders and categories to make them easier to find and manage.
If you upload a file directly into a Notch Space—such as an image or document—these files will automatically be added to the Content Library. This ensures that all content used within your team’s collaborative spaces is stored centrally and can be easily accessed by all team members.
The Content Library integrates seamlessly with Notch Spaces, allowing you to use stored files in your collaborative projects:
Access the Content Library from a Space: When you're working in a Space, you can access the Content Library directly to insert images, videos, documents, and more.
Insert Files: Simply browse the library, select the content you need, and insert it into your Space.
File Management: Any files added to a Space from your local device will automatically be stored in the Content Library for future use.
To keep your Content Library organized and efficient, you can:
Rename Files: Give your files descriptive names to make them easier to find.
Delete Unnecessary Files: Regularly review and remove files that are no longer needed.
